Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Central Lancashire Community team. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct home visits and assessments to identify equipment and adaptations needed to reduce risks and increase independence for individuals in need of support.
  • Work alongside occupational therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues to promote innovative practice and improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.

Requirements

  • Registration with the Health Care and Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Ability to drive and possess a valid driver's license (or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
