Brief Overview

As a Night Team Leader, you will be responsible for directing and inspiring a team involved in everything from inspection and faulting, through to maintenance and renewal. Your key focus will be on ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of work.

Key Responsibilities

* Direct and control the safe and efficient delivery of work
* Ensure excellent communication skills, both in person and in writing
* Maintain knowledge of discipline-specific maintenance, inspection, faulting and renewal techniques
* Stay up-to-date with relevant standards, procedures and instructions
* Demonstrate a clear and inspirational leadership style with a strong sense of direction

Desirable Qualifications

* Hold or be working towards an NVQ level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant subject or have attained the appropriate level of knowledge gained through equivalent relevant experience
* Be able to drive vehicles as required by business need

Important Information

This role involves days, nights and weekend working, and is a safety critical role so subject to drug and alcohol testing and passing of the relevant medical assessment.
