We are seeking a highly skilled Programmatic Sales Lead to join our team at YouSeek, a leading media company with a portfolio of iconic brands consumed by hundreds of millions of people and delivering over $9 billion in revenues.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals in programmatic advertising sales, with a strong network and established contacts with major programmatic buyers throughout the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive programmatic advertising revenues by developing and maintaining relationships with key agency partners and specialist teams at clients.
  • Directly lead programmatic pitches and sales efforts to support revenue growth across YouSeek.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
  • Negotiate and secure new revenue through premium programmatic deals, leveraging a deep understanding of how this complements existing display spend.
  • Collaborate with internal digital sales teams and be the go-to programmatic sales subject matter expert.

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive background in programmatic advertising sales, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals.
  • Considerable network and established contacts with major programmatic buyers throughout the industry.
