About the Role

As a Multifaceted Operations Specialist at CFH Docmail, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing process. Founded in 1977, our company has grown into a multisite, multichannel innovative communications company, serving millions of individuals and continuously striving for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate complex machinery with precision and efficiency, meeting production fulfillment needs for internal and external customers.
  • Maintain high standards of company etiquette and codes of conduct, contributing to a safe, efficient, and sanitary manufacturing process.
  • Verify the functionality of safety equipment on machinery prior to operation and follow production instructions as necessary.
  • Perform minor calibrations on machinery as needed and operate equipment in a manner that ensures safety for yourself and others.
  • Conduct regular inspections of machinery to ensure efficient operation and production, maintaining high-quality products as produced through machinery.
  • Ensure performance against skill criteria and contribute to a manufacturing process that is safe, efficient, and sanitary.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Naturally confident and self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude, able to maintain housekeeping standards and drive improvements within the manufacturing department.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience in a manufacturing environment, although full intensive training will be provided for the right candidate.
