Care Home Manager Opportunity

Adept Care Homes Ltd is a family-run care home group that provides high-quality care and support to residents in our Midlands-based care homes. We are seeking an experienced Care Home Manager to join our team and lead our care home in Enfield, Redditch.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Care Home Manager to lead our care home and ensure that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in care home management and hold a NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the care home team to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Ensure that the care home is run in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Manage the care home budget and ensure that resources are used efficiently
  • Work closely with the Training Manager and Dementia Manager to provide ongoing training and development to the care team
