Job Title: Care Home Manager Position

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Care Home Manager to lead our dedicated team in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home
• Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
• Lead and motivate a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
• Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in care home management
• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work on-call and be flexible
• Positive and caring attitude

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary of £62,000
• 10% annual bonus
• 40 hours per week
• 5.6 weeks of holiday
