About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Bowood Court & Mews Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing emotional and physical support to our residents, helping them to lead enriched and fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal times
  • Support residents with leisure activities and social events
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care

Requirements
  • Previous care experience (desirable)
  • Good literacy, numeracy, and communication skills
