About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Dorothy Terry House in Redditch. As a Support Worker in our Extra Care Scheme, you will play a vital role in supporting elderly residents who require assistance with daily living tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and hygiene
  • Support residents with restricted mobility to move around the home and participate in social activities
  • Encourage residents to maintain independence and engage in physical and mental stimulation activities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and support
