Senior Power Device R&D Engineer

The OpportunityWe are seeking a Senior/Principal Power Device R&D Engineer to join our growing engineering team. As the technical lead of development projects for our newest GaN power devices and ICs, you will work with project managers, power device engineers, analog IC designers, packaging engineers, and other experts to bring innovative solutions to market.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the technical development of GaN power ICs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet time, cost, and performance targets.
- Develop and manage product requirements and specifications in collaboration with Marketing, Business Development, and Application Engineering.
- Conduct feasibility studies for novel GaN IC products and identify areas for improvement.
- Work with project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve technical issues and ensure high-quality results.
- Master's degree in a relevant engineering or science subject.
- Significant experience in developing semiconductor devices, preferably power devices.
- Expertise in power device packaging, analog ICs, power semiconductors, GaN devices, or semiconductor testing and reliability.
- Experience in project management and leadership.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to write technical documents and present to audiences.
