The Role: Senior R&D Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior R&D Project Manager to lead and manage complex research and development projects within our power electronics division. You will play a crucial role in driving innovation, ensuring project success, and contributing to the advancement of GaN technology.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams of engineers, scientists, and technicians throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including defining scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies effectively to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and funding agencies.
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status reports to management.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the R&D team.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing complex R&D projects, preferably in the field of power electronics or semiconductor technology.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
