In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, implementing, and maintaining information systems that support our research and development efforts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and data integrity.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on the selection, implementation, and support of information systems used in R&D processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and develop comprehensive solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Design, develop, and maintain databases, reports, and other data management tools to support R&D activities.
  • Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of information systems through appropriate controls and monitoring.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices in information systems for R&D.
Qualifications:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong technical background and a passion for innovation. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology setting.
  • Extensive knowledge of business information applications and systems best practices, including COGNOS and ARGUS.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence projects within a matrixed environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
