We are seeking a skilled Client Advisor and Trainer to join our dynamic training team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting clients through training, relationship management, and implementation planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and coordinate training sessions, both remotely and in-person.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, providing continuous support and reviewing implementation plans.
  • Train and support licensed trainers, ensuring high-quality training and flexible support.
  • Assist clients with the Star Online application and support colleagues with specific projects.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisation and record-keeping skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to prioritise competing pressures and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsive to client needs, with a creative problem-solving approach.
  • Excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills.
  • Committed to delivering a good service to clients and helping them make a difference.
  • Good IT skills, including MS Office.
