Temporary Educational Support Staff Member

This role requires an experienced and dedicated individual to provide essential support to our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) teachers and pupils at The Kingsley School.
Job Overview:The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, teachers, and parents.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to EYFS pupils.
- Assist in planning and preparing engaging lesson plans and activities.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address them.
Salary Details:
- Estimated salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum based on 21 hours per week term time only plus INSET days.
- Additional benefits include paid annual leave, pension scheme, and access to professional development opportunities.
