Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Smart 10 Ltd. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new business by using various sales techniques and platforms
- Maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
- Account manage existing and new clients
- Continually build industry knowledge of products, materials for manufacture, and design features
- Understand competitors, their products, and USPs
- Input data into the CRM system
- Prepare weekly and/or monthly sales reports as directed
- Engage with and help develop the Company's sales strategy for retail display
- Minimum of 4 years' sales experience
- Experienced in using CRM systems
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to make and increase sales
- Proficient in lead generation via various channels
- Ability to self-generate high-value customer leads to ensure target customer profile mix is achieved
- Network effectively with potential new customers to develop relationships and business opportunities
- Conduct research to identify new markets, new products, customer needs, and business opportunities
- Sales forecasting to overcome seasonality by organizing workflow to prevent gaps in manufacturing
- Attend trade exhibitions to generate new sales leads and follow up where appropriate
- Make presentations to clients both new and existing to maximize commercial potential
- Negotiate prices, quantities, and delivery schedules and manage customer expectations
- Ability to manage own workload, including prioritization and organization of tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with high attention to detail
- Knowledge of the exhibition industry and associated trends
- Experience in the process of design and development of creative manufactured solutions
- Understanding of the customer decision-making process and the ability to articulate a value proposition to increase growth/new business wins
- Experience of selling products or services to corporate and independent companies, brands, B2B service providers
