Adult Social Care Officer

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Adult Social Care Officer. This role involves managing telephone calls and queries, completing targeted campaigns, collecting income payments, and providing benefit advice and support in relation to rent arrears administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage telephone calls and queries from customers
- Complete targeted campaigns to improve housing services
- Collect income payments from customers
- Provide benefit advice and support in relation to rent arrears administration
Requirements:
- Experience of working in the public sector housing
- Experience of delivering services within a multi-cultural community
