Job Title: Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Manager to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Manager, you will play a vital role in the growth and development of our care service, ensuring the delivery of exceptional quality care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Converting new client enquiries into high-quality care plans
  • Care planning and conducting risk assessments to ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
  • Managing a team to deliver exceptional service to our clients and ensuring workloads are managed effectively
Requirements:
  • Extensive care experience with excellent customer service and management skills
  • Commercial awareness and ability to influence
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work well and accurately under pressure
  • Flexibility to meet the demands of the business, including participating in an on-call rota
Qualifications:
  • Experience in a management role in health and social care is essential
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work well and accurately under pressure
  • Knowledge of relevant NI legislation and regulations governing the provision of care services, including RQIA regulations and NISCC
  • Good working knowledge of IT Systems with experience of Microsoft Office
