About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced retail or hospitality leader to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing a team of retail staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in the management of the store, including staff supervision, customer service, and sales growth.
- Manage a team of retail staff, including recruitment, training, and development.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, including resolving customer complaints and issues.
- Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, visual displays, and promotional activities.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including stock levels, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement store strategies, including sales plans, marketing initiatives, and operational improvements.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Manager or Leader within fast-paced Retail or Hospitality sectors.
- Motivated by results, with a focus on achieving high standards and delivering excellent customer service.
- Possess a high attention to detail, understand company procedures, and be naturally able to deliver clear instructions.
- Be open to travelling within a 45-minute radius of your home location and other locally commutable stores.
- A pro-active, solution-focused individual, able to prioritise, delegate, and develop a team driven to achieve specific targets.
- Motivated to consistently achieve targets.
- Skilled in time management and boosting operational efficiency.
- An experienced people-manager.

- A competitive salary of £40,000 - £47,000 + Package + London Weighting Allowance when applicable.
