Join Our Team as a Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at RAS (Retail Asset Solutions). As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of merchandisers and stock replenishment specialists to ensure that our clients' retail stores are fully stocked and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of merchandisers and stock replenishment specialists to ensure that retail stores are fully stocked and visually appealing.
  • Develop and implement effective stock replenishment strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that all store operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor stock levels, identify areas for improvement, and provide feedback to the team.
  • Work closely with the client's retail team to understand their needs and preferences.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
