Join Our Team as a Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at RAS (Retail Asset Solutions). As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of merchandisers and stock replenishment specialists to ensure that our retail clients' stores are fully stocked and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of merchandisers and stock replenishment specialists to ensure that stores are fully stocked and visually appealing.
  • Develop and implement effective stock replenishment strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Collaborate with retail clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure that stock levels are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Travel to retail client sites to conduct stock replenishment and merchandising activities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail management or merchandising.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
