About the Job

We are recruiting for a Block Property Administrator to join our team at Vertex Associates. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading property business based in London, managing a vast portfolio of residential units and blocks.

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of property management principles and excellent communication skills. Their key responsibilities will include dealing with clients' day-to-day issues, conducting site inspections, and supporting Section 20 works.
