Job Description

We are currently seeking an Experienced Block Manager to join our client's team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, tenant interactions and lease administration.

  • Day-to-day operations: Manage and oversee the smooth running of residential blocks
  • Tenant interactions: Liaise with tenants to address any issues or concerns
  • Lease administration: Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and other administrative tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have previous industry experience, strong communication skills and proficiency in IT and property management software. A ability to work under pressure is also essential.
