Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Trainer to join our team at Senitor Associates. As an IT Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to maximize timely achievement rates and the acquisition of both skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Program Development: Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our clients and their learners.
  • Curriculum Planning: Plan and generate degree apprenticeships that align with industry standards and requirements.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers and stakeholders to ensure effective training delivery.
  • Learner Support: Plan, assess, teach, and align individual learning plans to meet the needs of our learners.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Effectively document the learner journey through regular report writing and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Coach learners, working with them and their employer/mentors to help them advance in their chosen program.
  • Skills Development: Engage with learners to improve their math skills and provide additional learning support where required.
  • Learning Platform Management: Design, develop, and deliver blended learning using Totara, Moodle, and Mahara.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal responsibilities, including ISO9001 and Cyber Essentials.

Requirements:

  • Education: Educated to Level 4+ or equivalent in a relevant IT or technical-related subject.
  • Language Skills: English and math at Level 2+.
