Job Description

The role of an Education Support Specialist at Catch22 is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with teachers to support students in achieving their academic goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students in small groups and one-to-one to ensure they stay on task and complete set activities.
  • Working with teachers to implement lesson plans and provide feedback to students.
  • Delivering SEN interventions to support students with special educational needs.
  • Assisting with behavioural and special needs issues, in conjunction with the teacher.

Requirements:

  • Access to a car and a full driving licence.
