Advanced Network and Systems Professional

Job Overview: We are seeking an Advanced Network and Systems Professional to join our team in London. As a key member of our support team, you will work in a fast-paced environment providing in-depth technical resolution to complex issues across our valued customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality technical support and project services to clients.
- Troubleshooting and resolving system and networking problems.
- Configuring and optimizing customer servers, systems, applications, and policies.
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer IT environments.
- Leading the resolution of major incidents.
- Owning and implementing critical change control scenarios.
- Serving as a technical escalation point for the team.
Requirements:
- Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft technology products.
- Expert-level Microsoft 365 certification.
- Strong network technologies experience – Routing, Switching, DNS, and Firewalls.
- ITIL v3 or v4 certification and/or experience working within this framework.
- Able to produce and maintain detailed technical documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and on-call cover allowance.
