We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineering Manager to join our innovative team and work on advanced cockpit systems that enhance pilot performance and safety.

As part of this role, you will collaborate with top engineers and experts, contribute to groundbreaking projects, and lead the development of cutting-edge software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, experience leading teams, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under pressure.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team of 12-20 engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Collaborating with the ACR Technical Lead to ensure efficient design prototyping and simulation facilities
  • Ensuring configuration and documentation meet quality and standards requirements

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Degree in a relevant subject or equivalent experience
  • Experienced Software Engineer with C/C++ experience
  • Simulation Software and Hardware experience
  • Agile methodology experience with Jira
  • Experience of leading teams
  • Knowledge of Mission Systems desirable

The salary for this position is approximately £54,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
