We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contact Centre Management Professional to join our client's growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of 10-12 Customer Service Agents within a dynamic contact centre environment.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contact Centre Team Leader to take on a senior management role. Our client is a privately owned family business that is continuously evolving due to its exceptional business performance.

As a key member of the team, the Senior Contact Centre Management Professional will be responsible for managing a team of Customer Service Agents operating across telephone, live chat, and email channels.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for coaching and developing their team members to deliver exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the continuous growth and success of the business.

Requirements
  • Previous experience working within a multi-channel contact centre environment
  • Proven track record of leading and managing a team of Customer Service Agents
  • Excellent coaching and development skills
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements
