Residential Support Worker Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care and Rehabilitation Assistant to join our team at Sodexo Group. This role offers the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting adults with complex needs.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a residential care setting, a strong understanding of behavior management, and excellent communication skills.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience, plus a £1 bonus per hour worked x4 months per year.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management.
- Support residents in developing life skills, such as cooking and cleaning.
- Encourage residents to participate in activities that promote socialization and community engagement.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Relevant qualifications and experience in residential care or a related field.
- Strong understanding of behavior management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid SIA license.
