About the Role:- Maintain effective management of sales diary for appointments, ensuring timely follow-up and customer engagement.
- Negotiate with customers to achieve the best sales outcomes for the business, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Proactively seek out prospective sales opportunities, leveraging marketing literature and communication channels to optimize business growth.
- Foster strong working relationships with colleagues across the sales hub, promoting a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Work closely with Site teams to understand build progress, providing timely updates to customers and communicating effectively with them.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and digitally, with a strong emphasis on customer engagement.
- Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Able to handle complaints and difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales success.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting changing business needs.
- Full driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle for travel between sites.
