  • Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Marketing: Proactively identify opportunities to grow the restaurant's event and group booking business, building relationships with local businesses and organisations.
  • Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee events, ensuring every detail is delivered to the highest standard.
  • Hosting: Act as a warm and professional host for key events, private bookings, and VIP guests, ensuring a personal touch is always provided.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers, corporate clients, and local partners to drive repeat business.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000-£35,000 per annum, based on experience, plus uncapped performance-related bonuses for achieving sales targets.
