Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Aviva. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, processing and servicing their home insurance policies, and gathering the necessary information to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide telephone support to customers, answering a variety of calls and building rapport to understand their needs.
- Process and service home insurance policies, gathering the correct information professionally and efficiently.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing multiple systems simultaneously to support customers on the telephone.
- Embrace and support change, sharing ideas and suggestions to improve the customer journey.
- Previous customer service experience is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- A starting salary of £23,900, rising to £24,200 following completion of training and going live.
- Step pay progression allows you to develop in the role at your own pace.
- Bonus opportunity - 6% of annual salary, depending on performance and Aviva's.
