About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating evidence-based nursing care.

You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include managing and organizing your clinical area, educating and developing other staff members, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

The salary for this role is around £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week.
