About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to lead our residential lettings team at Connells. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating tenancies, and maximizing the overall income and profitability of your branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and book valuations to drive sales and growth
  • Conduct property viewings to showcase properties to potential tenants
  • Negotiate tenancies to secure new business and maximize income
  • Work closely with the lettings team to achieve sales and growth targets
Requirements
  • Proven experience in estate agency, lettings negotiation, or a related field
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales targets
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel to various locations
