Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team in an early years setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to students with special educational needs, working closely with teaching staff to deliver individualized learning plans.

Salary Information
The salary for this role is £24,027-£24,404 per annum, pro rata. This equates to an actual salary of £17,171-£17,440 based on 32 hours worked per week.

About the Role
This is a fixed-term position lasting until 31/08/2026. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with their academic and personal development. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Providing individualized support to students with special educational needs
  • Assisting teaching staff with lesson preparation and delivery
  • Helping students with their daily routines and activities

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational skills, a warm and approachable manner, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You should also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
