Key Responsibilities:

- Support the pupil in and out of the classroom
- Communicate effectively with staff members
- Be flexible, patient and proactive
Requirements:
- Experience working with SEN children on a 1:1 basis or in classes
- Knowledge and understanding of various SEN needs
- Flexibility, patience and proactivity
- Effective communication skills
- Trained in safeguarding or relevant experience
Desirable:
- Team Teach Trained
- NVQ Level 2 or NVQ Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent
- Understanding of the UK SEN Code of Practice
