Job Description

Todd Hayes Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Engineer to join their well-established team based in the Norwich office. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role and take full ownership of projects from handover through to completion. Qualifications in a relevant Engineering/Mechanical/Electrical discipline are essential.

The estimated salary for this position is around £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include private health insurance, a matching pension contribution, life cover, and 25 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide drive and energy for the completion of all allocated projects.
  • Ensure all tasks are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures and in line with ISO 18001/9001/14001 guidelines.
  • Take personal responsibility for all Quality, Health and Safety aspects of those projects for which you have responsibility.
  • Act as a mentor to graduates and/or project engineers within the team, developing their skills and competence to higher levels.
  • Deal with both the commercial and technical aspects of project delivery.
