About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Director to lead our Eastern region team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing our sales and marketing strategy to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales and marketing plan to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales and marketing team to deliver exceptional results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
About You

We are looking for a seasoned sales and marketing professional with a proven track record of success in the New Homes, Construction, or Property sectors. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.

You will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the sales and marketing landscape, and the ability to develop and execute effective plans to drive business growth. You will be a collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
