We are looking for a talented Apprentice Quality Practitioner to join our team in Plymouth, UK. This 2-year apprenticeship program offers a unique chance to gain experience in quality assurance across various naval defense projects.

About the Programme

As an Apprentice Quality Practitioner, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization operates at its best by acting as the 'voice of the customer'. You will help maintain the highest standards, identify problems, and recommend improvements to ensure policies, processes, and products meet the highest standards.

You will work closely with senior quality practitioners to formulate quality strategies and participate in various activities such as external supplier inspections, internal and external audits, and quality control plan development.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade 4/C or above, including maths and English
  • A-Levels grades A-C
