Job Title: Clinical Trial Manager

Lindus Health Limited is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Trial Manager to join our team. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of clinical trials to our UK and global clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day running of clinical trial programs and projects, ensuring successful delivery on time, on budget, and in compliance.
  • Act as primary liaison between Lindus Health and the Sponsor to ensure project launch, conduct, and closeout according to contractual agreements.
  • Coordinate activities and deliverables of all project partners and proactively identify and manage issues.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines, regulatory requirements, drug development process, and clinical monitoring procedures.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience managing and coordinating clinical trials in a project management and/or clinical operations role.
  • Experience in study start-up and EC/IRB applications.
  • Ability to adapt to using new technology to change the way trial processes are delivered.
  • Experience working on decentralized/remote trials, multi-site trials, and IND/CTIMP trials.
