Job Title: Clinical Trial Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Manager to lead all aspects of assigned clinical studies, from initiation to closure. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing trial timelines, budget, and quality, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful study execution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead or participate in clinical trial meetings with Lead Trial Physicians.
  • Oversee risk management and mitigation strategies for clinical trials.
  • Manage trial timelines, budget, and quality, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Support CRO/vendor selection and lead contract negotiations.
  • Supervise and evaluate CROs and vendor stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of trial materials and monitor patient recruitment.
  • Implement site oversight strategy, conduct visits, and review monitoring reports for data quality.
  • Keep the Trial Master File (TMF) updated and manage investigational product supply.

Requirements:

  • Clinical Trial Management experience in Phases I, II, III.
  • Clinical trial experience from start-up, execution, and closure.
  • Global experience (EU, US, JAPAC).
  • Experience with Immunology, Rare Diseases (ideally).
  • Biotechnology industry experience (ideally).
