  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure bedrooms and bathrooms are cleaned to a high standard, including vacuuming, polishing, and refreshing linen and towels.
  • Public Area Cleaning: Clean and tidy our public areas ready for guests, including reception, corridors, and lounges.
  • Supply Restocking: Restock guest room supplies, including linen, amenities, and collaterals.
  • Guest Engagement: Engage with guests where required, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Maintenance Reporting: Report any maintenance deficiencies to the Housekeeping Manager.
