Job Summary
The Long Furlong Medical Centre is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As an autonomous practitioner, you will work independently and in conjunction with other healthcare professionals to assess, diagnose, and treat patients attending our primary care facility.
Main Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Providing high-quality patient care from initial history taking to diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care
- Initiating direct referrals as appropriate and prioritizing patient needs accordingly
- Working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to meet patient needs and support the delivery of policy and procedures
- Leading the nursing team and mentoring and supporting other nurses in developing and maintaining skills
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will have a strong background in primary care and be able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
