Philosophy Education invites applications from experienced professionals who wish to make a difference in the lives of students with autism. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be responsible for creating a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes social cognition and prepares students for future academic success.

Our provision caters to students who benefit from learning alongside peer models and demonstrate a willingness to access support and learning from the unit. You will work closely with colleagues to develop strategies that address the individual needs of each student.

The salary for this position is estimated at £85-£100 per day, and we offer flexible working hours of 8:15am-3:30pm (Monday to Thursday), 8:15am-2:15pm (Friday). We foster a collaborative and supportive team environment that encourages continuous learning and growth.
