Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join Etex Group as an Area Sales Manager, covering the Midlands and East of England region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within their designated area through effective relationship-building with existing distributors and installers, while identifying new business opportunities for our Cedral Facades product line.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Network Growth:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and specifiers, including architects, local authorities, housing associations, housebuilders, distributors, stockists, and contractors.
  1. Results-Driven:
  • Plan and execute proactive activities to maintain and develop profitable sales.
  1. Opportunity Management:
  • Accurately record and manage sales opportunities using our company's CRM system.
Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with:

  1. Construction Industry Experience:
  • A track record of working in a field-based role within the construction industry.
  1. Sales Performance:
  • A proven history of personal sales account growth and contributing to overall team success.
  1. Technical Skills:
  • Proficient use of Microsoft packages and CRM systems.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and a dynamic work environment.
