About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our People Team as a Reward and Wellbeing Specialist.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and shaping our award-winning 'Living Well' wellbeing framework, championing colleague wellbeing, and providing support across reward activities, job evaluations, and benchmarking.

You will work closely with our Reward Manager and the wider People team to develop and implement effective reward strategies, manage day-to-day reward queries, and provide support on projects.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing reward and wellbeing strategies to support colleague wellbeing and engagement
  • Leading the 'Living Well' wellbeing framework and championing colleague wellbeing initiatives
  • Providing support across reward activities, job evaluations, and benchmarking
  • Managing day-to-day reward queries and providing support on projects
  • Working closely with the Reward Manager and the wider People team to develop and implement effective reward strategies

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in HR, Reward, or a related field. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.

Key qualifications and experience include:

  • Proven experience in a HR, Reward, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of reward and wellbeing strategies and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
