Job Title: Clinical Therapist Position

Company Overview: The Priory, a renowned healthcare provider, is seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team.

Salary:** £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description:

  • Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients experiencing a range of emotional distress, providing empathetic and effective support.
  • Perform comprehensive psychological assessments and formulations, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform treatment plans.
  • Collaborate effectively within our multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated and holistic care, leveraging the expertise of colleagues to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Administer and interpret psychometric tests to support diagnostic and therapeutic processes, informing treatment decisions and interventions.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based practices to promote positive change and empower clients.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, prioritizing their unique circumstances and goals.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with professional standards and regulations, upholding the highest standards of data protection.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualified Psychologist, holding membership in a recognised professional association such as the HCPC
  • Extensive experience in providing one-to-one therapy to clients with various emotional and psychological issues
  • Proven expertise in conducting assessments, developing formulations, and delivering psychometric evaluations
  • Desirable experience in facilitating group work and therapeutic interventions
  • In-depth knowledge and experience working with adult caseloads
