Clinical Therapist

Seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at a psychiatric hospital in Birmingham. The hospital offers a comprehensive range of inpatient services, including acute and psychiatric intensive care for adults aged 18-25, as well as specialist programmes for Eating Disorders and private treatments for acute conditions and addictions.
- Conduct individual therapy sessions for clients experiencing emotional distress.
- Administer and interpret psychometric tests to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Lead group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Provide one-to-one therapy to clients facing emotional challenges.
- Experience in leading group therapy and therapeutic interventions is desirable.
- Strong knowledge and experience in managing adult caseloads.
