We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Director to join our team at Membership Bespoke. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, learners, and prospective applicants.
Main Responsibilities:
- Professional Membership: Manage and administer professional membership application processes, ensuring seamless interactions and accurate record-keeping.
- Training and Degree Course Accreditation: Oversee the accreditation application and re-accreditation process, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely processing.
- Registered Consultancies: Manage the accreditation application and re-accreditation process, including subscription renewals and accurate record-keeping.
- Customer Support: Provide first-point-of-contact support for incoming applications, queries, and upgrades, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Event Planning: Organize and run online and in-person member events, ensuring engaging and informative experiences.
- Learning Management System: Update and maintain the Learning Management System, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Communication: Develop and deliver guidance materials, online sessions, and presentations, ensuring clear and concise communication.
- Assessor Recruitment: Recruit, train, and onboard assessors, ensuring a high level of expertise and accuracy.
- Membership Services: Provide support for membership-related inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Minimum of 4 NVQ Level 2, GCSE grades 4 and above, O Level grade C and above, or equivalent qualifications.
- IT Competencies: Advanced – Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in presentation skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to ensure multiple projects and deadlines are achieved.
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Prominent level of accuracy and diligence, with excellent attention to detail.
- Professional Manner: A professional manner and attitude, approachable and friendly.
