Disability Services Coordinator

Job Description:
The Disability Services Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to families with disabled children, developing and implementing personalized plans to meet their needs.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant vocational qualification to diploma or HNC level 3
- Significant experience working with disabled children and their families, understanding the barriers they face in a culturally diverse urban environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Additional Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the complexities of disability and the impact it has on families. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is £26 per hour (approximate annual salary: £54,560). In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.
