We are recruiting for a Disability Support Coordinator to join our Learning Disabilities Team at Charles Hunter Associates.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for supporting individuals with learning disabilities and their families to achieve independence and well-being.
This role involves working closely with local services to ensure that service users receive the necessary support and care.
Essential Requirements- A degree in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) is essential.
- At least three years' experience in a similar role is required.
- A competitive hourly rate of £25.00.
- A hybrid working schedule offering flexibility and work-life balance.
- Parking available nearby and easy access to public transport.
