**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Disability Support Coordinator to join our team at Novax Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will work closely with disabled children and their families to provide high-quality support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:**

  • Acting as allocated workers reviewing child in need plans
  • Ensuring that child in need plans meet assessed need
  • Providing support to parents in poverty, with mental health problems, victims of domestic violence, and where English is a second language

Requirements:**

  • Relevant vocational qualification to diploma or HNC level 3
  • Significant experience of working with disabled children and their families
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Salary and Benefits:** £26 per hour + benefits package (dependent on location)
